    Hey there,

I read about your contest and decided to drop you a line. I probably should have e-mailed you a long time ago to tell you how much I enjoy your show. I’m a huge fan of many different types of music, and I can never wait to see what you’ll be putting out next week. My fave episodes were probably the trip-hop show, and when you had Autechre on. Not to say the others weren’t rockin’ as well.

Electronic music can really become any genre of music it wishes to become. That’s what’s so wonderful about it. The constant remixing and shuffling of various elements keep the sound so fresh. I’d almost say it should be called metamusic instead of music. And your show really exemplifies this characteristic of it with the journeys you take us on through the myriad soundscapes. I mean, I’d never even heard of nerdcore before I started listening to your show! Who knew something like that existed?

Well, I do now, thanks to you.

    Keep the mixin’ alive, dude!

Ben is one of those guy’s who always busy with a creative project of some kind. If he isn’t creating songs under the name of Royal Sapien he’s remixing songs from other artists or bands or running his label, Olaris Records, with Ryan Crane or mixing sets for John Digweed’s radio show, Transitions.
